Caitlin Rogers
Caitlin began her global travel for ballet during the summer of 2014, where she received full scholarships to The San Francisco Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, and Royal Ballet. At the age of 14, she moved to England alone to study at the Royal Ballet School. She graduated after two years of unforgettable experiences, including winning 1st place in the Kenneth MacMillan Choreographic Competition. Later, she traveled internationally, dancing in Prague, Russia, and Bulgaria where she competed in the Varna’s International Ballet Competition. Succeeding this, she matriculated at Columbia University as a Neuroscience and Behavior Major on the pre-medical track. While at Columbia, Caitlin balanced her academics while dancing professionally with The Oklahoma City Ballet Company and Central Oklahoma Dance Company before returning to New York in the Spring of 2022 to resume full-time studies. Now as a third-year at Columbia and participating in CBC, she works as a researcher at Columbia’s Medical Center at both the Taub Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases and The Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is a native Spanish speaker and finds joy in playing music and singing.
