Ian Segall began dancing at the age of 9 at Berkeley Ballet Theater, entering the Studio Company under Sally Streets and Robin Dekkers. During the summers, Ian attended various intensives at San Francisco Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Ballet West, The Royal Ballet School, and School of American Ballet. He was also an apprentice with Post:Ballet in San Francisco. Ian began studying at Columbia College in 2023, majoring in chemistry and concentrating in sustainable development. He joined the board in 2024 and is looking forward to working more with CBC.
